Biological product definitions

Detailed studies of biological products provide an opportunity to determine the shelf life and microbiological stability and viability of products, ingredients, or raw materials under adverse environmental conditions (for example, too low or too high a temperature in storage rooms for biological products); sensitivity and survivability of microorganisms in biological products to other agents of biological origin or various chemical substances (for example, pesticides); a detailed characterization and analysis of the properties of microorganisms present in biological products, the concentration and activity of various enzymes are determined.
